The study, published in the journal Circulation showed that people with insomnia have an increased risk of heart attack 27 to 40 percent higher than people who sleep normally.
"We do not know for sure how much of the effects of sleep disorders, as well as how long the condition of insomnia that can lead to heart disease" said Suzanne Steinbaum a cardiologist at Lenox Hill Hospital who participated in the study, told TIME magazine. "What we can confirm is that there is a connection."
Indeed, there are many that can be the cause. The reason could be due to the effects of treatment cramps, sleep apnea, stress depression, to anxiety.
Until now there are a variety of options for treating insomnia. Most doctors recommend the use of sleeping pills or antianxiety medications to cure insomnia patients.

- Set to be breathing more deeply and long
- keep the condition of your room conducive to sleeping
- Do not get too obsessed with not being able sleeping
